To become professional eyelash artists
After your participation, TRU will develop practical training programs in order to train learners to become professional technicians.
Our internal training will be implemented by managers who undertake the salon in the one-to-one form so the learners can learn TRU techniques in the shortest time. TRU will offer support for your first try and you can feel assured to strengthen techniques at hard level as well as customer service. We are trying to create an environment in which each individual can work easily here.
To promote social position of eyelash artists
At TRU, we recruit our staff based on the belief that『achievement = good treatment』in order to promote social position of manicurists.
We have the same treatment policy as companies in other industries, i.e. staff will enjoy day-off for 2 weekend days (8 days per month), paid vacation, winter and summer vacation, social insurance, employment insurance, worker’s compensation. In addition, we also have other commission and internal policies.
